To be a great leader, certainly skills are essential, but what is often missing, is Experience. Experience implies the ability to use good judgment in even the most complex situations and to have the Resilience to handle the blowback that is sure to follow. Like a Flight Simulator, Leadership SIMS enable leaders to gain realistic Experience without putting real students in danger. Leaders have the opportunity to gain critical experience in a risk free context.

During the workshop, the facilitators will introduce the concept of Simulation and how we can effectively deploy meaningful experience and then have the participants actually play a Sim to experience it for themselves and see how the exercise can be both developmental and an opportunity for team building and collaboration.
